ARTDENTIFIED is a curated platform for original contemporary art, built around a new generation of emerging artists.

We believe many emerging artists are missing a carefully curated space where they can present and sell their work. At the same time, we saw a need among collectors for a place to discover original and compelling contemporary art from a new generation of artists.

Every artist featured on ARTDENTIFIED is carefully selected.

We focus on a considered selection of works from artists we believe in.

For artists

Artists set their own prices and remain the seller of their work.

We take a 10% commission, plus Danish VAT on that commission, while handling the platform, collector communication, payments and shipping coordination.

Every artist on ARTDENTIFIED remains free to enter into other professional collaborations, work with galleries, participate in exhibitions and pursue other opportunities while selling their work through the platform.

We work with a selected group of emerging artists and aim to give each artist the space to present their work and practice in a considered and professional setting.

New artists are selected and invited on an ongoing basis.

For collectors

For collectors, ARTDENTIFIED offers a more focused way to discover emerging contemporary artists, explore their work and practice, and purchase original art directly from the artists we represent on the platform.

Whether you're building an existing collection, or discovering contemporary art for the first time, you'll find a carefully curated selection of original works across different practices and price points.

Every artwork is original and comes directly from the artist, creating a transparent and personal connection between the artists we work with and the people who collect their work.

Beyond the platform

Over time, we aim to bring ARTDENTIFIED into physical spaces through exhibitions and projects with the artists we work with, creating opportunities to discover and experience their work in a physical setting.

The team

ARTDENTIFIED was founded by Alfred Wallner & Villas Wittrup Friis with a simple idea of creating the platform we felt was missing:

A curated platform dedicated to a new generation of artists, giving their work the presentation and visibility it deserves while making it easier for collectors to discover and collect original art.
