How the application works

    Apply

    Submit your artist profile, statement, CV and photos of your work. There is no fee to apply.

    Curated review

    We review every application personally to ensure the work is a strong fit for the platform. As we carefully curate and onboard new artists rather than accepting artists continuously, applying does not necessarily mean immediate acceptance.

  3. 03

    Start selling

    Once accepted, upload works to your profile. We handle payments, you ship directly, insured and tracked.

What we look for

  • Original works by emerging artists
  • Works across a range of contemporary artistic practices
  • Works that are available for sale
  • Works that can be safely packed and shipped from the artist’s studio

What to include

  • Images of your work
  • A short biography and, if available, an artist statement
  • Your CV
  • A portfolio, website or Instagram profile (optional, but helpful when reviewing your work)
  • Once accepted: high-resolution images, title, dimensions, medium, material, year and price for each artwork you would like to list

Pricing & commission

You set the price you want for your artwork. ARTDENTIFIED charges a 10% seller commission, with 25% Danish VAT added to our commission.

For example, on an artwork priced at 10.000 kr., you receive 8.750 kr.: 10.000 kr. minus 1.000 kr. commission and 250 kr. VAT on that commission.

Collectors pay a separate buyer fee, which is added on top of your listed price and never reduces your payout.

For every sale, ARTDENTIFIED provides a settlement statement showing the sale price, commission, VAT and your final payout.

After acceptance

Once accepted, you upload each work with high-resolution images, title, dimensions, medium, materials, year and price. Each work is reviewed before it goes live.

Works ship directly from your studio. We coordinate the transport and shipping coverage, and the shipping cost is paid by the collector.

Your payout is made after the artwork has been delivered and the collector’s 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

If a work sells elsewhere, let us know as soon as possible so we can remove it from the platform and avoid it being sold twice.
